Our tools and games
- Our tools and games are free to use and need no account.
- We may change, pause or retire a tool or game at any time.
- We work hard to make them reliable, but we provide them “as is”, without guarantees that they will always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.
Using NexPair
NexPair sends files directly between two browsers. When you use it, you agree that:
- You will only send files you have the right to share.
- You will not send anything illegal, harmful (such as malware), or that infringes someone else’s rights.
- You are responsible for the files you send and for checking files you receive.
- Current limits apply: up to 50 MiB per file, up to 20 files and 250 MiB per batch. We may change these limits.
- Both devices must stay open and connected until a transfer finishes. A transfer can be interrupted, and we cannot recover files that were not received.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the site to break the law, to attack or overload our systems or anyone else’s, to try to get around security or rate limits, or to collect information about other people.
Ideas and projects
Sharing an idea with us is free and doesn’t commit you to anything. When we design and build something for you, that work is covered by the plan, quote and written agreement we make with you for that project. These terms do not replace that agreement.
Content and ownership
The site’s design, text, graphics and code belong to NexWeb Labs unless stated otherwise. You may link to our pages. Please don’t copy or reuse our content or design without permission. Files you send with NexPair remain yours.
Links to other sites
We may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, NexWeb Labs is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the site or its tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law

Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
